The postman delivered a parcel to Grug.
邮递员交给瓜哥一个包裹。
It was a drum.
是一个鼓。
Grug beat the drum as he marched through the bush.
瓜哥在灌木丛中边走边敲鼓。
Boom!Boom!
嘣！嘣！
Grug thought he needed more instruments.
瓜哥觉得他需要更多的乐器。
He found a box,an old saucepan,
他找到了一个盒子，一个旧平底锅，
some string,bottle tops and tin cans.

He stretched the string across the saucepan to make a banjo.

Ping!

He attached a stick and more string to the box to make a bush bass.

Plunk!

He nailed the bottle tops to a stick to make a rattle.
他把瓶盖安在棍子上做成了拨浪鼓。
Jingle,jangle!
叮叮！当当！
He poured water into the tin cans.
他把水倒进锡罐里。
Then he hung the cans and the rattle from a stick.
然后他把罐子和拨浪鼓吊在横挂的树枝上。
Clink,clunk,jingle!
叮叮，当当，咚咚！
Then he tied a string around his leg and attached it to a drumstick.

Now Grug began his concert.

Boom,ping,plunk,jingle,clink,clunk,jangle,boom!

Cara performed a snake dance.

Grug played his music until it was dark.

Then he went to bed and dreamt he was a famous band leader.
