Sophie was busy playing when …
当苏菲玩得正开心时...
her sister grabbed gorilla.
她的姐姐一把抓住了大猩猩。
'NO!' said Sophie.
“不行！”苏菲说。
'Yes!' said her mother.
“行！”，妈妈说，
'It is her turn now, Sophie.'
“苏菲，是该她玩了。”
As her sister snatched Gorilla away …
当姐姐用力夺走了大猩猩的时候...
Sophie fell over the truck.
苏菲跌倒在卡车上。
Oh, is Sophie ever angry now!
哼，这下苏菲可气急了！
She kicks. She screams.
她踢打。她尖叫。
She wants to smash the world to smithereens.
她想把所有的东西都砸碎。
She roars a red, red roar.
她发出火红火红的咆哮。
Sophie is a volcano, ready to explode.
苏菲是一座就要爆发的火山。
And when Sophie gets angry –
苏菲生气了—
really, really angry …
非常非常生气…
She runs!
她跑出了门！
She runs and runs
她跑啊跑啊跑啊，
and runs until she can't run anymore.
一直跑到再也跑不动了。
Then, for a little while, she cries.
然后，她哭了一会儿。
Now she sees the rocks,
她看看石头，
the trees and ferns.
看看大树，又看看羊齿草。
She hears a bird.
她听见了鸟叫。
She comes to the old beech tree.
她来到老榉树下。
She climbs.
她爬了上去。
She feels the breeze blow her hair.
她感觉着微风，轻吹着头发，
She watches the water and the waves.
她看着河水和浪花。
The wide world comforts her.
这个广大的世界安慰了她。
Sophie feels better now.
苏菲觉得好多了，
she climbs back down …
她从树上爬下了来…
… and heads for home.
往家里走。
'I'M HOME!'
“我回来啦！”
The house is warm and smells good.
屋子里暖暖的，香香的。
Everyone is glad she's home.
看见苏菲回家了每个人都很高兴。
Everything's back together again.
一切又重新在一起。
And Sophie isn't angry anymore
而且苏菲也不再生气了。
