【The cat is out of the bag】，字面理解是猫从口袋里露出来了，代表秘密或事实已经泄露。比如说，你发现了老公藏私房钱，那么你除了【Love me, love my dog】，字面理解是“爱我，爱我的狗”. 这个谚语和我们汉语的“爱屋及乌”是一对神作，在使用这个表达时，通常都是采取引用的方式，比如This is what they say" love me, love my dog". 这就是所谓的爱屋及乌吧。

    (8) You cannot catch old birds with chaff.(粗糠). 用粗糠捉不住老鸟。(有经验的人难骗。)
    (9) Birds in their little nests agree. 同巢之鸟心儿齐。

   (10) A cat has nine lives.猫有九条命；吉人天相。
   (11) Cats hide their claws. 知人知面不知心。
